Your Strengths Report
MILESTONE TWO
Lavender Essential Oil: CONTEMPLATION
“As I breathe in this calming, grounding aroma, I quiet the noise around me and tune in to the truth within. I am open to seeing myself clearly and compassionately. Today, I welcome deeper self-understanding and trust that who I am is more than enough.”
Dearest, [accessally_user_firstname],
This is where it gets beautifully personal. You’re not just learning about strengths anymore — you’re starting to see yourself with clarity, compassion, and truth. Your Strengths Report is like a mirror reflecting back your gifts, your potential, and the essence of who you’ve always been. As you highlight what resonates and begin to speak your strengths out loud, you’ll feel your confidence grow from the inside out. You are not here to be anyone else — you are here to just become you.
0:00 Welcome to Learn and Introduction
Hello!!!
Oh my gosh…I am so glad you are here within my LEARN course.
I’m your host, Coach Kat Frati, and you can count on me to be available when you need help here!
I’d like to take a few minutes to show you around, but before I do that I’d like to acknowledge the amazing work that went into creating this online version of my coaching services.
Through a strengths-based collaboration of women (myself included), you will find inspiring words, beautiful images, and an easy flow to help you build your own strengths-based story. Thank you, Kristina and Katie.
2:13 Strengths and Weaknesses
So, first I’d like to acknowledge that I believe we too often focus on our weaknesses. There is nothing wrong with trying to grow and better ourselves, but sometimes there are just areas that are not naturally our strengths.
For example, no matter how hard you try, you will always be better at writing and drawing with your dominant hand than with your non-dominant hand.
I am a lefty, and did you know that back in the day some teachers forced kids to learn to write with their right hand instead? True story!
3:34 The Truth
Truth is…the subject matter and skills needed to master it was just not aligning with your strengths. And it’s okay. You do not need to be good at EVERYTHING.
I am sure that if you think back you can find classes that you enjoyed and felt were challenging, yet easy at the same time.
THOSE classes can be clues to discovering your strengths and true nature.
THOSE areas are where you can aim your efforts in order to grow your life in a direction that you enjoy, feel empowered, and can best contribute to the betterment of the planet.
Honestly, the planet really needs you right now!
4:12 Beginning Your Strengths-based Journey
This leads us to why you are here.
This is a place where you can BEGIN your strengths-based journey.
I just would like you to know that I consider this just a STARTING POINT…possibly another waypoint in your life where you end up pivoting your journey towards a more exciting path that is more stimulating and fulfilling in the end.
My deepest desire, as your guide at this waypoint, is to truly help you LEARN your superpowers, LOVE your superpowers, and LIVE with your superpowers, so that you can feel amazingly confident to JUST BECOME YOU in all your glory!
Ok?
